"OK - let's open with the statement that I generally stay away from National vendors with significant advertising expenditures because those $$$ are reflected in their overall rate structure. That said, in Texas overall, the premium increases are becoming unbearable. I used a referral from a friend to find Jennifer's agency. While somewhat leery, I solicited a quote and was beyond surprised that State Farm was able to not only save considerable $$$ over the existing renewal quote from a Texas-based underwriter; but, was able to lower one policy's premiums and maintain another policy at the previous year's rate. The overall savings were beyond the definition of significant and the patience and understanding of Suzanne Berger and Jennifer was something that you don't see in today's business environment.
