Since 2003 we've been helping customers with auto, home, renters, and life insurance needs. Our goal is to help you choose insurance policies that protect your assets and fit your budget. We take great pride in educating customers of their insurance options as well as quickly and efficiently servicing policies.

Our office team has over 60 years of combined insurance experience and consists of State Farm Agent Jennifer Wilcox and her team Suzanne Berger, Christina Hargrove, Rhonda Pedroza, Elissa Genova, and D'Lynn Irby. We are proficient in helping customers maximize discounts on car insurance - especially if you have a youthful driver! We're also experienced in writing homeowners insurance policies for new construction or remodeled homes. Together we make sure you're covered properly and that you're taking advantage of all the eligible discounts - let's get the most bang for your buck!

Our office is located in the heart of the Lake Highlands community on the corner of Northwest Hwy and Ferndale. We feel very fortunate to be a part of this neighborhood with a small town feel in the big city of Dallas. Go Wildcats!

Whether you are transferring your State Farm policies to Dallas or you are simply considering changing insurance companies, we will do everything possible to make sure your experience with us is positive and informative.

Suzanne Berger has worked at Jennifer Wilcox State Farm Insurance since 2003 after graduating from The University of Evansville. Suzanne is very detailed oriented and enjoys helping customers with policy changes and quotes. The experience that Suzanne brings to our office is an asset to customers and our team. In her spare time, Suzanne loves movies and sketching - you can find some of Suzanne's original artwork on our Facebook page!

Christina Hargrove has been with Jennifer Wilcox office since 2013 after graduating from The University of North Texas. Christina loves educating customers on their auto insurance and home insurance options. She also enjoys helping customers protect their families with life insurance. Christina is very helpful when walking customers through the claims process. When not at work, Christina loves spending time with her family and having game nights with friends.

Rhonda Pedroza began her career with Jennifer Wilcox State Farm in 2022. Rhonda is bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and serves as an account representative for our renters insurance customers and all our Spanish speaking households. Rhonda likes to spend her free time jump roping at the gym, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

D'Lynn Irby joined our team in 2023 after spending 20 years working in the preschool world. After graduating from Lake Highlands High School, D'Lynn went to Tyler Junior College and then Baylor University where she met her husband. They raised their children in Lake Highlands and is a strong believer in "Once a Wildcat, Always a Wildcat!" D'Lynn helps our customers stay current with their payments and handles office marketing.

Elissa Genova brings many years of experience in real estate to our team and provides a wonderful perspective on the home buying process. Elissa is a licensed insurance agent and account manager specializing in referrals from realtors. She understands the value of a smooth closing process as well as providing excellent insurance coverage recommendations. She also is talented in creating informational posts that you can find on our social media pages - Jennifer Wilcox State Farm on both Facebook and Instagram. When she is not working, you'll find her spending time with her daughter, dabbling in crafting and going to concerts.
